What we do

Psychiatric Evaluation

We conduct a thorough psychiatric interview that evaluates the patient for psychiatric conditions including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, and many more. We follow evidence based guidelines, implement validated evauluation tools, and most of all listen to you. Our objective is to fully understand what you are going through in an effort to provide you with the best care possible - even if it means that we aren’t the right team for your needs. Together, we can understand what next steps are best for you. Please note, that our evaluation is not a formal nueropsychological evaluation and we are not licensed in the evaluation of Autism. For neuropsychological evaluations, we suggest looking at “Doctorate-prepared Psychologists” in your area who have the appropriate certification required for this specialized testing.

Medication Management

EMDR Therapy

This service is for patients who would like treatment of mental health conditions with prescription medications. Regardless if this is the first time you are considering psychiatric medications or looking for a new provider, an intake is the first step in establishing care. Booking this service does not obligate the client to take medications or the provider to prescribe medications.

In network for: Aetna, Cigna, Regence, Kaiser, First Choice, Premera, Lifewise of WA, Pacific Source, Optum (UBH, UNITED). Sliding scale for those who qualify. Cash payment for patients located in Oregon and Idaho.

This service is for patient who are hoping to address their trauma with an evidence-based, time limited, and effective modality. EMDR focuses on identifying and changing our inner narrative on who we are in an effort to fully realize our strength, resiliency, and beauty.

Cassandra is trained in EMDR therapy through the EMDR Training and Education Center. Cassandra offers this therapy in conjunction with other services or as a stand alone.
