-Lavender Oil (proprietary blend) : Evidenced based treatment as replacement or adjunctive to anxiety medications
-Loop Earplugs for sensory-sensitive individuals: Reduces noise on certain levels and can help reduce sound while still being able to hear conversations

-Nausea relief bands that actually work! FDA approved and useful in pregnancy and other conditions (such as nausea when starting therapy with psychiatric medications)
Why do I suggest these tools?
I have found that psychiatric medications have their limitations and we should approach our health with a more holistic view. Part of my dedication as a provider is to continue to research alternative and integrative medicine to offer the most up to date evidence based treatments to all my patients. I do not get any benefit from these recommendations, they are simply great tools that I have seen be of actual benefit to my patients. I often have these products available for viewing in my office, feel free to ask me more about them at our next visit!
